9/11 Memorial Beautification Project

In honor of the 20th Anniversary of September 11th, 2001, Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone hosted beautification projects of 9/11 Memorials across the county to give residents an opportunity to honor this day in our country’s history. This project aims to beautify memorials ahead of the 20th Anniversary, and educate youth and community members on this important milestone.

President Megan Noble, Secretary Corey Peters & RYLA student Alex Scourtos of our club took part in beautifying a 9/11 Memorial located at the Deer Park Fire Department located at 94 Lave Ave in Deer Park.
