'08/'09 New Member Recruitment Teams

At our November 19th meeting, we formed  New Member Recruitment Teams by pairing veteran Rotarians with our newer members. Those who were not at the meeting were paired (on paper) using a similar approach; all of the teams are listed below. 

The intent of these pairings is that each team member will encourage and inspire the other, and collaborate in identifying, educating, inviting and proposing well-qualified, prospective new club members.

Each team is asked to bring in at least one new member within the next year.  If we are reasonably successful, we should easily meet the goal we set 16 months ago of achieving a 10% net annual membership increase.  More importantly, an influx new members should bring an infusion of energy and ideas, much needed help with club projects and increased capacity to serve our community.
